Sakusei Byoutou: Seikaku Saiaku no Nurse shika Inai Byouin de Shasei Kanri Seikatsu

Based on the CG collection by Sakusei Kenkyuujo (搾精研究所). Yamada is afflicted with a strange disease and has to ejaculate once every three hours as a result.
