Remember Saiai no Tsuma ga Hoka no Otoko no Ude no Naka de Hohoemu, Mou Hitotsu no IF

The protagonist, Kotaro Shinozaki, was living a happy life with his wife, Tomoka, and daughter, Moeka. One day, however, he is involved in a car accident and falls into a serious condition that leaves him on the border between life and death. Tomoka and Moeka grieved and prayed that their beloved husband would recover. Their prayers were answered, and Kotaro made a miraculous recovery. However, when he woke up, he found that the woman next to him was not Tomoka and Moeka. It was Maki Tachibana, his beloved girlfriend who he had lost a long time ago, who was standing by Kotaro's side as his wife. Tomoka was only Kotaro's friend, and his beloved daughter, Moeka, did not exist. Maki, who was supposed to be dead, is still alive and living as his wife.
